Hello everyone,  

 

This is a brief message from St Michael’s Team 1 to let you know some of the things we have been doing in your area this week.

 

WHAT’S HAPPENED? 

 

  • Officers patrolled the grounds of The War Memorial for the Godiva Festival on Friday 04/07/2025, Saturday 05/07/2025 and Sunday 06/07/2025.  Another successful event and enjoyed by many of the public.
  • Officers have been engaging with One Stop on Belgrade Plaza and CGL as well as Claires accessories to deter anti-social behaviour and theft to make the community feel safer.
  • We have been out walking in your area and chatting to you.
  • We have seized vehicles in your area that have had no insurance or tax in a bid to make your roads safer.
  • Further arrests have been made for attempted robberies and thefts.

    Please note that due to the nature of our role as officers, sometimes situations occur that are beyond our control, therefore, if we are not at an advertised event such as this one, it is because we were called to an emergency that sometimes does not give us time to contact WM Now and such like to cancel an event.

    Officers patrolled outsidethe Kasbah on Wednesday 23/07/2025 for the under 18’s event.  All went smooth.

     Officer’s work closely with the Coventry BID team (Business Improvement Districts). Great support from these guys.
